Sewage backup in bathroom tub

SERVPRO of Port Charlotte received a biohazard call early in the morning. As observed in the first image, there were feces and other biohazard contaminants visibly in the bathtub (and other areas not visible), so upon arrival we donned protective gear (PPE) and started the cleanup process. With biohazard damage, extra precautions are taken to protect the resident, owner, and our team. The second image shows the cleanup procedure was successful, and that we were able to remove the biohazard contaminants and restore the bathtub (and other affected areas in the bathroom) to original condition. Due to the fast response of SERVPRO of Port Charlotte, we were able to make this sewage backup "Like it never even happened."
